Location does not get better than this. This corner lot is on a street with no outlet so you wont have much traffic and is smack in the middle of town. I mean it is in walking distance to Wal-Mart, Lowes, wild wings, home depot, fitness center, sams, the mall, old navy shopping center, McDonald's, hardy's, taco bell, rafertys, several banks, and other restaurants plus much more. It is approved for a duplex or stick built house. The duplex around it rent for around 1200 a month and some are owned. It is very well kept and nice area. This is a great spot to build a rental or spec house as well!
